From 2022 Inaessentials has a “The customer is always right policy” and we are offering a full refund after 30 days from delivery if the customer is not satisfied with the order (no matter the reason) . As orders on the website are paid either by PayPal or Credit/ Debit card – the refund will be made in full amount to the Bank/PayPal account of the customer.
